Sets 4-8 – 3 reps @ 80-85%

Three sets for max reps of:
Unbroken Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 60 seconds

C.
Two sets for max reps of:
Unbroken Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 60 seconds

D.
For max reps:
3 Minutes of Double-Unders
