10 Walking lunge steps with 15/10 plate held overhead
20 Box jump, 24/20″ box
62/42.5 pound Squat clean, 10 reps Rest 1 minute Start Run 15 minutes before end of time cap regardless of where they are up to. Run 1 mile (1.6km)
