10 Box Jumps (Regionals Standards)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Alternating Pistols

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Power cleans (65/45kg or less than 70% of IRM)
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (9/6 kg)
This workout is 10 minutes of CrossFit Games Open event 11.5

C.
Three rounds for time of (20 min time cap):
20 Shoulder to Overhead (52/34kg @<60% of 1RM)
25 Pull-Ups
30 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
