CrossFit Open 14.2! If you are not competing in the CrossFit Open then come along and we will scale the workout for you as we normally would. If you are competing in the Open and have difficulty or can’t do these weights/movements then no worries, we will do what we can for the first 3 minutes then the workout then we will modify as per usual to ensure that you get a great workout in 🙂

Lindsay and Brendan will be facing off head to head at 7:15am so come and show your support for them as they push themselves to their limits!

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (43/29kg)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
