Note: If you are not competing in the Open then you will be doing an 8 minute AMRAP that follows this rep scheme and you will choose a deadlift weight to use for the entire workout (up to 62/43kg).

Come in get an amazing workout in and support each other! Remember, there will be a BBQ breakfast to follow (we are getting classy this week and will have scrambled eggs, tomato, basil and bacon).
