Single-Arm Trap 3 Raises x 8-10 reps each arm @ 2111
Rest 45 seconds

B.
Four sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
60 seconds of Rest
60 seconds of Sit-Ups
60 seconds of Rest
