Saturday 24/5/14 – Competition

Three sets of:
Front Squat x 2 reps
Rest as needed

“Sage at 20″
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Thrusters (62/42.5kg)
20 Pull-Ups
20 Burpees

This is a classic Invictus 20-minute capacity test. Nearly every Invictus athlete has completed this as part of their testing, and some have achieved 5 full rounds. Set a goal, stick to your pace, and don’t dog it on the burpees.
