Queens Birthday Schedule: Monday 9/6/14 we will be open for a 8:30am CrossFit Class and 9:30am Competition Class.
Leanne has had a family emergency and will not be able to teach the Yoga class Sunday morning at 10:00am. Lindsay and I will be at the gym and lead anyone that wants to show up through some mobility work for t-spine and shoulder to overhead movements.
Workout of the Day
In teams of two, partners alternate 300 Meter Runs with a 9kg Wall Ball and complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs
10 Kettlebell Swings
While one partner is completing a 300 Meter Run, the other partner is working on the couplet.
