3 Turkish Get-Ups each arm
Rest 90 seconds
7-10 L-Sit Tuck to Extension
(extend legs for 2-5 secs, pull them in for 2-5 secs, repeat)
Rest 90 seconds

B.

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:
5 DB Snatch each arm
Double-Unders x Max Reps
(Score total number of double-unders performed.)
