The beauty of CrossFit is that it can be scaled to meet the abilities of anyone. We modify our workouts in a way that will allow YOU to see amazing results. Whether you are trying to lose weight, get stronger, or improve your performance in an outside sport, we can help you do it. The workouts are tough, but can be adjusted to suit all fitness and ability levels. That is the great thing about the Crossfit community and programming – it will challenge you at whatever level of fitness you are at. CrossFit will benefit all individuals, from elite athletes to seniors, and is particularly beneficial to those needing a basic fitness for their profession, e.g. manual workers, emergency services and the military. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind, so we scale workouts, we don’t change them. Whoever you are, whatever you do, you are capable of CrossFit.
