Because CrossFit is a long term sustainable solution to fitness and the results are second to none. You can’t compare the results of 3 months at a gym with 3 months of CrossFit. The CrossFitter will be fitter, faster, more powerful and leaner. More importantly – the CrossFitter will probably still be training (while there is almost an 80% chance that the member at the traditional gym is no longer regularly using their membership).
