We are currently accepting new members and we would love for you to become a part of the CrossFit Ballina Community.
Step 1
Free Consultation / Intro to CrossFit
Your first session is about sharing information. We will answer any questions or concerns you have, chat about your goals and determine how we can assist you with your journey. Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute free intro session.
Step 2
Personal Training Sessions
You will NOT just be thrown into group classes. You will start your CrossFit Journey with a series of private training sessions. During these sessions your coach will lead you through the major movements that we utilize and gradually introduce you (and your body) to the style of workouts that we do. In addition, they will start forming a plan as to how we can tailor the program to best suit your needs. You will learn about mobility, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, gymnastics, weightlifting and much more. These sessions will build a foundation for your long-term success and ensure that you are comfortable, safe and confident in the class environment.
Step 3
Hybrid Memberships
CrossFit Ballina has hybrid memberships options that combine small group training and personal 1 on 1 coaching. As part of your membership you will also get nutrition, stress management and lifestyle coaching to fast track your goals. The sessions will be tailored to you, your goals, your fitness level, and your physical limitations (injuries etc.).

Of course not 😊. Our job as trainers is literally to help you get fit. We cater for all levels of fitness and tailor everything to you and your individual goals/needs. So forget about experience and get started now!
Not a problem at all. We know that CrossFit can seem daunting… but everyone starts somewhere.
And yes we have many beginners at our gym. We developed a specific course for people who have never trained before so you can get up to speed and feel confident.
Lifting weights is a must if you want to improve your strength, which is an important part of any training program. It also has many benefits including fat loss, improved posture and balance, increased bone density, and reduced chances of developing Osteoporosis predominantly among women.
Just because you have never done it before doesn’t mean you can’t start now. While we help you get started we will teach you everything you need to know to feel confident lifting weights. So let’s start lifting!
We have more than 35 classes on our schedule to make it as easy as possible to fit training into a busy schedule. We also offer personal training and these sessions are flexible and can usually be scheduled around your commitments.
At first it may seem impossible to fit something else into your busy schedule but our professional and caring coaches are here to help. Your coach can help you to figure out a schedule utilising classes, personal training, and even at home personalised programming that can make your life easier.
This is a common question from women. In short, the answer is… Not unless it is intentional. We tailor our programs to you and your individual goals.
We understand we are more expensive than traditional gyms but it is because we offer something entirely different. At CrossFit Ballina, you will not only have access to a world class training facility, but you will also have access to a personalised program, professional coaches, one on one and small group coaching, and assistance with all things health/lifestyle related, such as injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, and much more.

Hybrid memberships bring the best of both worlds, personal training and group classes, together to provide you with accountability, fun, and results.
Our most popular membership includes unlimited group training and personal training (at a frequency that matches your goals). In a week most members will train 3-5 times. Having said that, we personalize our training/programs/memberships to best assist you and your goals.
