Our coaches utilize personal training, small group classes, online programming and much more to help you reach your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Your personal coach will help you to form a plan that will include all applicable aspects of health/fitness such as nutrition, recovery, mobility, injury prevention, rehabilitation, lifestyle changes, personalized programming and much more.
Group Programs
CrossFit Ballina’s classes are run by top level coaches with many years of experience in the fitness industry. Their expertise allows us to provide a safe and fun learning environment for all ages.
Whether you’re looking to join a gym for the first time or you have an extensive athletic background, we strive to provide everyone with a great personalized workout within the class setting. Our goal is to make your time at CrossFit Ballina the best hour of your day!
Personal Training Sessions
At CrossFit Ballina we do a lot of personal training.
We love the benefits of group exercise classes (fun, more cost effective, social etc.) but the drawback is there is less time for individual coaching. Everyone is unique, has different needs and goals. As a result, you may benefit from a more personalized approach. We are extremely fortunate to have a highly experienced coaching staff who can assist with almost all areas of health/lifestyle/fitness.
Our personal training sessions are tailored completely to you and your goals. Areas that can be addressed during personal training include (but are not limited to):
- Body composition changes
- Performance training
- Nutrition
- Recovery
- Mobility
- Injury prevention/rehab
- Personalized programming
- Skill acquisition
- Sport specific training
Online Programming
We currently have 3 levels of Online Programming:
The majority of our programs are personalized to you and your goals vs. cut and paste templates. Therefore our prices vary based on what you need and what is best suited for you. As a general guide programs range from $20 to $80+ per week.
CFB Remote
Our CFB remote program provides a wonderful platform to help you reach your goals from a location that is convenient to you.
- Personalized Program
A personalized class program. It will take into account your goals, experience, injuries, equipment etc.
- Virtual Group Classes
Access to live and recorded workouts. Follow along with the instructor as you perform your program
- Weekly Check Ins
We will check in on your progress weekly and make necessary adjustments to the program.
- Video Call
30 min catch up every 4 weeks. During this time we will make a plan to help you continue to succeed.
CFB Lifestyle
CFB lifestyle provides all the features of CFB remote but the coaches will also assist you with making nutrition and lifestyle based changes.
- Everything from CFB Remote
Personalized class program, virtual group classes, weekly check ins etc.
- Weekly Nutrition & Remote Lifestyle Assistance
Coaches will assist you to create and stick with a plan for improving your health and wellness
- Daily Check Ins
Coach will be available daily to answer any questions you have via True Coach.
- Fortnightly Video Call
30 min catch up every 2 weeks. During this time we will make a plan to help you continue to succeed.
CFB Gold
This program provides all the benefits of CFB Lifestyle and much more. It is perfect for someone who feels like they need that little bit of extra assistance.
- Daily Custom Workouts
A highly customized program tailored 100% to you and your goals.
- Daily Nutrition & Remote Lifestyle Assistance
Coaches will ensure that you are on a path to success with nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
- Access to Daily Communications with Coach
Reach out and we will be there to answer questions and provide assistance with accountability.
- Weekly Video Call
30 min catch up every week. During this time we will make a plan to help you continue to succeed.

Crossfit Kids
There is a beauty in movement that all youth should be able to experience.
We practice and play so that children can develop proper human movement and motor patterns.
We help them develop into fully functional and capable adults.
As our society moves further away from physical activity both in the school and at home, we see a growing need to incorporate health and fitness into the lives of our kids.
The aim of the program is to instill the value of fitness in kids at an early age in a way that is heaps of fun. If they enjoy being active and see the benefits in how they feel, then they are more likely to keep fitness a priority throughout their lives. Eating healthy becomes a natural and normal choice and being active becomes something they enjoy doing. By laying a solid foundation of fitness ideals from an early age, we can reduce risk of disease, injury, and build a better future for our young ones.
In addition, you will see that your child learns to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others. Every class includes game play and positive reinforcement. Your child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.
We have witnessed children and teens see major improvements in body image and a big boost in self-esteem.
This is especially important and beneficial in the pre-teen and teen years.
